Eridan continued following her as he had been the entire time, taking in his surroundings every so often to see a bird soaring above them, or a small animal scurrying away.

Jade stopped suddenly, hushing Eridan, though it was probably unneeded. Bec appeared at her side with a rifle, which she silently took from his mouth and aimed at the boar she caught sight of in the trees.

Eridan was suprised when she shushed him, it wasn't until he followed her line of sight and the boar still partially hidden by the foliage. Using his specibus, he was able to come in physical possession of the crosshairs.

A quick shot was all it took for a clean kill, Jade grinning to herself for a job well done.

Jade crouched down next to the boar, trying to pick up the heavy carcass.

Eridan grabbed small fallen tree, "Wwe could always tie the legs together so that the carcass hangs on the tree." He explained, holding up the tree, "And wwe could carry it together."

"Good, I'll line up the boar with the tree." Eridan said, dragging the tree towards the dead boar.

Jade folded the rope in half ans set about cutting it in two.

Jade handed him one half of the length when she was done. "You get front I get back?" she asked with a grin.

"Sounds good." Eridan answered, taking the rope and tying the boar's front hooves together.

Jade tied the hooves together and to the stick, pulling to make sure her knots were extra tight.
