He smiled, despite the fact that the others silliness and affection were alcohol induced. "I agree. We used to do a bunch of shit together when I was younger. But then things picked up for all of us I guess...You with your internship, me with school, and...Bro with his gigs." He said as he looked up, reaching the top of the first flight and starting up the second.

"We should have a faaaaaaamily day!" Cal giggled. "I can ask for a day off that I don't have classes"

Dave felt something inside him tug, wanting nothing more than what Cal suggested. However, it was quickly replaced with contradicting feelings. Would Bro even want that? He looked down, completely unaware of Bro's feelings towards him. He doubted they were anywhere near where they used to be.

"It'll be fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun!" Cal smiled, resting his head on Dave's shoulder. "just the three of us! All three just like when you were little!"

The young Strider gave a small nod, glancing back at the other before resuming his climb. "Yeah...Like old times..." The better times... he thought. Soon he reached the third floor, walking down the hall to their apartment door.

"We should take a baaaaaath! Like t'gether" Cal giggled. "We used to shower with you when you were little, remember? Starting when you got too big to bathe in the sink!"

"I really doubt all three of us can fit to take a bath, Cal." he said, figuring he could humor the middle Strider. He fiddled with his keys a little, sticking it in the lock and turning it, all while holding Cal. He twisted the knob and it opened. He stepped inside and sat Cal down on the stairs before turning around and grabbing his keys, shutting the door. Once he hung the keys on the wooden hook, he offered his back to Cal again.

"Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo, me an you!" Cal nodded, flopping on Cal's back again. "We smell like hospital and beer!"

That had Dave blushing brightly now,, trying to concentrate on climbing the stairs. He could never be too careful with stairs. "S-Seriously?" he asked, finally reaching the top. Seeing as how Bro wasn't home, he allowed Cal to flop down on the futon before sitting beside him.

"Sure!" Cal chirped happily. "How else am I gonna not hurt myself?" He giggled. "B'sides, we both need one!"

He swallowed softly. Cal did have a point. Hell, he was even asking for it. Double hell, it's not like him and Bro were a thing anymore. "Alright, sure." He said, the blush only proceeding to grow brighter at that thought.

Cal grinned and moved so he could wriggle around and cuddle up to Dave. "You're all reeeeeeeeeeeeeed. Are you embarrassed cause I'll see you naaaaaaaaaaaaaaked? You know I've seen you naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaked before"

"I know that." He said in his defense. "Only those times, you weren't drunk and clingy." He said, slipping an arm around him anyway. He recalled the memoryfrom that morning, blushing just a little harder. Dammit.

"I changed your diapers!" Cal chirped. "When you were a bitty baby! You were so cute!"

"My body has changed a LOT since then, Cal." he said, rolling his eyes and smiling. "C'mon, let's go clean up." he said, helping the other to stand before he led him towards the bathroom.

Cal hung on Dave happily. "You could never change! You'll always be so cute and little to me, even if you're taller than me and stuff!"

"If you say so, bro." he looked at him and gave him a genuine grin. He walked them into the bathroom, having Cal sit on the lid of the toilet.

Cal giggled before trying to shuck his scrub top off over his head, which didn't work very well since he got it caught on his head, which only made him giggle harder. "Daaaaaaaaaaaaave! M'stuck!"

Dave looked back at him after starting the water, an amused smirk on his face. "So helpless when you're drunk, I swear." he teased, moving closer to the middle Strider to successfully remove his top, placing it on the sink counter. "You got the rest? Or do I gotta take off your pants too?"

Cal giggled and attempted to slip his pants off while he was still seated on the toilet. He ended up falling off with another loud giggle, but at least he ended up naked. "All done! Help me uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup!"

Dave winced as he saw the other fall, though he appeared to be okay. He bent down, helping the other stand. While making sure he didn't topple over again, he checked the water for temperature. Once there was a enough, he turned the knobs to cease the flow of water. "Alright, step in." he instructed, figuring it would be a good idea to help him in.

"You first!" Cal giggled, draping himself against Dave. "Bigger one in first! That's the ruuuuuuuuules!"

"I had no clue there were rules about taking baths. " he said,, looking at him with a brow raised. "You gotta let go of me so I can get undressed, bro." He peeled the other off of him and propped him against the wall. After making sure he wouldn't go down like the Titanic, he removed his shades before he worked to get his own clothes off. He pulled his shirt over his head, then undid his pants, kicking them aside once they dropped. Lastly, he pulled off his boxers, making a pile of their clothes on the floor.

"Yeah!" Cal giggled "The biggerer person has to get in first cause the littler person hasta sit in their lap!"

"Uh huh." He said slipping an arm around his middle. Carefully, he guided the other in with him, the both of them standing in really warm water. He released him and lowered himself to sit, leaning back against the wall of the tub. He looked up at Cal, trying his hardest to keep his eyes on his face.
