With a small cry of triumph, Cal yanked a pair of blue and orange pokadotted boxers out of his trunk and straightened to shimmy them on, pulling his shirt off at the same time. "Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave~ I found a pair!"

Cal giggled loudly, moving to Dave's room. "Is that what I'm wearing today? You really want to see me in your symbol?" he asked, looking up at Dave suggestively, while still maintaining an innocent smile.

"I do." He said, flashing him a smirk of his own. In a sense, it was like he was non-permanently marking Cal as his, which he was very much okay with. Hell, he was all types of okay with it. "Unless you have a better idea." He said, figuring he already knew the answer.

Cal giggled. "Maybe, but its something we'll have to do later." he replied, looking away and starting to pull Dave's clothes on.

In the living room, Cal's cell phone began to ring with Bro's personalised tone, making him look up. "Dave, could you get that real quick?"

Dave raised a brow, about to inquire about what Cal meant exactly, until he heard the phone ring. He gave a small nod, walking out of the room and picking up the phone. He sighed before flipping open the phone, answering it. "What is it now, Bro?"

"Where the fuck is Cal? This is really really fucking important" Bro replied on the other end. His voice lacked any bite at all, and he just sounded tired.

"He went in the bathroom like 10 seconds ago. Just tell me, I'll pass it along." He said, crossing his free arm over his chest and resting the elbow of the other arm on top of it. He couldn't help the smirk that played at his lips.

"I need Cal to come pick me up from the police station." Bro stated. "That fucking party I was DJing for was busted for some drugs and weed and shit. I'm not under arrest because I didn't know the shit was there, but I had to come in for questioning, and some asshat cop wreaked into my car. So now I have no car until the city gets mine fixed. Think you can handle passing that on to Cal?" He asked, clealy annoyed by this point.

Dave was about to pull a facepalm until Bro continued on with the story. He shook his head and rolled his eyes. "Sure you weren't part of it?" He questioned, giving a snort. "Yeah, I'll tell him. I think he's still mad at you though, so I wouldn't expect him to come running over right away."

"Alright, Tell him I'm at the police station where they arrested me the first time." Bro stated.

He covered the mouth of the phone before speaking. "He got taken to the police station for questioning. There was a drug bust at the gig he was at, and they fucked up his car. He needs us to pick him up." He said, waiting for Cal's answer.

Dave followed quietly, his hands in his pockets. He figured Cal was acting this way for two reasons: one, Bro had to be picked up by him, and Bro was probably the last person he wanted to do a favor for. And it also meant that technically, Bro was getting in the way of their plans.

Cal led Dave out to his car in silence, his lips pursed as if in thought, but that wasn't really the case. He was simply annoyed; annoyed that Bro was being an ass, annoyed that now he wouldn't get to 'play' with Dave anymore today.

He climbed into the car and indicated that Dave sit in front.

Dave didn't hesitate or question why, simply sliding into the passenger seat. He pushed his shades further up the bridge of his nose.

Once Dave was in, it was a half hour drive of silence to pick up Bro. Cal pulled up in front of the police station where Bro stood outside waiting for them. "Scoot your seat forward so he can get in back" Cal instructed.

Bro climbed in with a scowl. "At least they let me keep the check." he grumbled as he settled back into the seat. "And the city's fixing my car, so I should have it back in a week or two, if we're lucky."

"That's nice." Cal replied, sounding uninterested as he pulled away. After that is was another silent ride home. When they made it back to the apartment Cal went straight to the kitchen to do the dishes he left in the sink.
