Dave rolled his eyes as he went upstairs. Girls were just too weird for his taste. He cracked John's door open, peeking into the room before going inside.

John was laying with his back to the door, with the blanket pulled up over his head so only his hair showed. The little trash can usually kept by his desk was sitting next to the bed. He seemed to be asleep

Dave closed the door after he stepped into the room. He set the water and pill bottle on his night stand. The blonde sighed as he sat on the edge of the bed. "I'm sorry. I love you."

John groaned when the bed shifted.

Dave put a hand on his side. "John?"

John groaned again. "I'm dying"

John turned his head to look at Dave. His face was a little flushed. "Water?" he asked hopefully

Dave nodded, grabbing the glass. "Sit up so I can help you drink."

John struggled into a sitting position.
