By the time Josh got to his room the bed was already finished. Jade had already laid down, curled up under the covers on the right side.

"How was your drive?" Grandpa asked as he sat on the other side of the bed to take his shoes off

Jade yawned as she pulled the blanket around herself. "I think Jake is still with Jane."

Jade let out a giggle. "Probably. He was pretty tired for most of the drive here too."

"Traveling has always been a tiring experience for him" Josh chuckled as he laid down.

Jade cuddled up to him when he laid down. "I don't think he slept the other night. I woke up a few time and Jake was still awake each time. I think the move upset him more than he let on."

Josh sighed "It is like him to bottle things up"

Jade hummed, but didn't reply. She knew exactly why her brother always bottled up his feelings. He didn't want their grandfather to be angry at him or disappointed in him. The elderly man wasn't exactly known for his compassion either. There had been plenty of time in the past that Josh had been upset with his grandson when he was depressed. That was why Jake usually spoke to their Uncle about his problems.

Jade kissed his cheek. "Alright." She quickly got up to turn the light off.

Josh shifted to get comfortable. "Tomorrow I'll see about having hearts help us with the heavier items" he mumbled
