Dave felt his face was going to melt off at this rate. "Good to know you keep up with the hip, young kid lingo Daddy Egbert. Too bad I didn't refer to you as one."

"Good, then I didn't just tell you that my room is at the end of the hall, or that my door will be unlocked tonight." Robert replied as he pulled into the parking lot.

Dave's jaw dropped open. He shifted, quickly feeling his pants get tight. Was that an invitation?

The drive home was near silent, as was dinner. When he pulled into the driveway, he was quick to get out and open the passenger door for Dave.

Dave quickly got up, making his way to the door. He felt like he was going to cry. Rob was mad at him now.

Dave quietly went upstairs and went to the guest room. He sighed, flopping down onto the bed.

Robert was in his own room, preparing for tonight.

Dave laid in bed for an hour. Things would either go absolutely great or be a complete disaster. Finally, he got up and moved to change into something else. He took his record shirt off and flung it to the floor. His jeans and boxers joined it seconds later. The only thing he put on was a pair of red pajama pants that sat low on his hips. He kept his aviators on those. They were not coming off. The younger Strider took a few deep breathes before heading to the oldest Egbert's room.

Robert could hear Dave coming. He moved Behind his door to hide himself from the approaching youth.
