"To that one kid at school who always seems to be hitting on you" Dave replied.

"You mean Jake? That's a joke Dave, he does it on purpose. He's straight, I'm not. We say no homo as a joke because we're practically related" John clarified.

Dave frowned. "So you're...?"

John nodded slowly. "Is... Is that a problem?" he asked hesitantly.

"No, just kinda threw me for a minute." Dave shrugged soon enough.
