Desperate Times (Dave/Jake, multiple)

Derrick sighed as he closed his browser and leaned back in his computer chair. A few days ago Dirk had been crying to him about how his best friend desperately needed money but had no job. The older Strider twin had insisted he find something for the boy to do to earn some cash. Derrick had sarcastically suggested he do a porno. Dirk had taken the statement seriously and had told Jake.

The last half hour had been spent reading the kid's biography and looking at the pictures he had sent. Derrick was willing to admit the guy was pretty cute. But he admitted he had never had sex before. He sighed and rubbed at his temples. He and Richard hadn't actually filmed anything like this for at least three years. It would be hard finding any actor or actress that would be willing to work with Jake.

"Bro, can I borrow some cash?" He was grinning now as his younger brother approached him. "Sure. On one condition though."

Jake was going to lose his apartment. He'd lived in Houston all of a year, and had struggled the whole time he'd been living alone. Two years ago, his grandmother had passed away and he'd been... riding the last tiny waves of his grandmother's money for a good long time... and the moment that money ran out, he just had to lose his job, too. Life just was not looking jolly for Jake English. Not at all.

At least, until Dirk suggested Jake go to his brother for a pornography job. Admittedly, he'd never thought of taking such a job as this before. In the past, he'd be scandalized by the very idea of taking such an offer. But, well, honestly, he trusted the Striders enough to give this a shot. It would be easy money, right? Right!

So, as he was asked to, Jake sent in a good number of photographs of himself, both clothed and... well, not so clothed. Some of them were in some scandalous positions, too! Like positions where he had a BONER. Absolutely UNGENTLEMANLY. He only prayed he really would be able to make the money he so desperately needed in time to save himself from becoming homeless. He'd already lost everything. He didn't want to lose more.

Currently, the dark haired man was settled in a computer chair tapping away at the desk nervously. He'd spent several hours dumping his worries that he wouldn't really get the job from Dirk's brother on Roxy (what a lovely gal, she really did understand him); all the while waiting for a response from Bro about if he had it and if there was someone to film with. Would it be a lovely cerulean eyed babe? Oh, he hoped dearly so.

Dave had gotten flustered as his brother explained what he was going to do for the money he wanted. The younger Strider twin had thrown a fit and stomped his feet. After an hour of arguing he reluctantly agreed to making a porno featuring him and Jake English. As he sulked away he was complaining about needing mouth wash.

Derrick was chuckling and grinning as he wrote a reply to the other star of his newest movie. He was also going to need to contact Richard and tell him to high tail it back to Houston asap.
