Missy hummed as she briskly crossed the street, clutching her coat to her as protection from the brisk wind. She could see her destination ahead, just a little cafe that happened to serve the most wonderful cakes and confections.

A man leaned outside against the bricks smoking a cigarette with a hand in the pocket of his trenchcoat and the other hand on his head, keeping his hat from blowing away. He seemed to be waiting for something, or someone.

Draco wasn't too far behind. He was dwelling about in his car, parked off to the side. He had trailed her from the hospital, from Jack's orders. Keep track of her, see what she likes, yadda yadda. But he definitely didn't anticipate this. He held the binoculars to his eyes once more just to be sure, his lips tightening into a line at who he saw. "Damn."

Missy smiled and sped up a little when she caught sight of the man waiting for her. "Spencer" she chirped happily. "You could have waited inside!"

'Spencer' frowned as he pushed off the wall, dropping his cigarette and grinding it out under his shoe. "How many times do I have to tell you Missy, Its Sleuth now" he replied with a half hearted grumble.

Missy giggled, giving him a little hug once she reached him. "You'll always be little Spencer to me" she replied.

Sleuth hugged her back warmly. "but I'm the older brother"

"Took you long enough to grow into the role" Missy teased as they parted. "What's today's special?"

"Dark Chocolate silk cake" Sleuth replied, opening the door for her.

They both went inside and sat at a booth by the front counter.

Draco figured he could get some information out of this. And by getting information, he meant crashing this party. He's fended off Sleuth before, this would be a piece of cake. Smirking as he parked properly and got out, Draco made his way into the little cafe, casually walking up to the counter as if he was going to order something. He probably would too, but all he had to do was wait...

There was a crash off to the side when Sleuth recognized Droog. They had just gotten their drinks a moment before and Sleuth had elbowed his right off the table when he fumbled for his keys on reflex.

Missy Jumped, scolding him to be more careful as she got up to fetch some napkins form the front counter. She smiled when she recognized Droog. "Oh Mr Droog! Fancy seeing you here!" she smiled

The crash was expected, and Droog felt himself smirk before he heard Missy call out to him. He turned and flashed her a warm grin, probably something Sleuth had never seen from him before. "Ah, Missy, long time no see." He teased, having seen her earlier.

Missy giggled at his joke. "I wouldn't have taken you as the type to eat in a place like this, you're so spick and span" she teased back. "Why don't you join my brother and I for lunch?"

Sleuth looked positively bewildered by their exchange.

"I'm one to surprise people when it comes down to the final countdown."

Brother, huh? Definitely some juicy info to being back to Slick- and much less heartbreaking than if Sleuth was her fancy. Droog glanced back at Sleuth before looking at Missy with a smile. "I wouldn't want to impose, Missy. However, if you wouldn't mind too terribly..." He looked over at the barista, placing an order for a mint latte, needing his dose of caffeine.

"Not at all! Spencer is always saying I have to be careful working at the hospital and all. He doesn't believe I could ever meet a nice man there, and you're simply as nice and polite as they come!" Missy smiled. "We would love for you to join us, that'll show him a thing or two about keeping his nose out of my business"

Droog simply chuckled, nodding to the barista and paying before being handed his latte. "It would be a pleasure of mine."

Missy smiled and grabbed some napkins off the counter. She lead Droog back to their booth, where Sleuth still couldn't quite believe what he was seeing.

His eyes narrowed. "Droog" he greeted, none too kindly.

Droog gently took hold of the napkins from Missy's hand. "Sleuth. As clumsy as always, I see." He mused light-heartedly as he proceeded to clean up the mess for her.

"Oh, you didn't have to do that Mr Droog, you're dressed to nicely, I wouldn't want you to get anything on your suit" Missy protested.

Sleuth's eyes narrowed. "So how do you know Missy?"

"I'd rather such than allow you to clean it up yourself, Missy." He mused as he set the soiled napkins aside, taking his seat. "Work." He responded to Sleuth.

"Funny, I don't take you as one to actually get shot" Sleuth stated smartly.

"Spencer!" Missy scolded.

Sleuth winced at the use of his 'real' name.

Just as Droog was about to respond, his mouth sort of hung open at the sound of his real name. Which then curled into a knowing smirk. "Spencer? Never took you as such. And no, I wasn't the one who got injured, as you can plainly see. Can't get blood on the freshly tailored, can I?"

Sleuth's brow knit in frustrated thought.

"How is Jack doing?" Missy asked "I thought you would be with him all day with the way you were while he was in surgery"

Sleuth suddenly looked like he swallowed a whole lemon.

"Jack?" he asked breathlessly.

"He told me to take a walk. I need to stretch my legs every now and then, and he knows it." Droog mused, before looking over at Sleuth, brow raised. "Yes, Jack. Is there a problem?"

Sleuth scowled at him.

"I hope he's feeling better. Did he manage to eat anything before you left? I know the pain medication can make people sick to their stomach, and I left a note for them to give him doses as needed, but it works so much nicer when you actually have food in your stomach" Missy stated

"I made sure he ate, yes. I'd rather have a complaining man on my hands than one who's sick." Droog mused before taking a sip of his latte.

"Quite the opposite with Jack." Droog hummed. "He's the type to try and withhold whenever something is bothering him. Otherwise, he always tries to make it an open statement."
