Dave hesitated when his mind immediately went to 'almost as good as John's.' That wasn't fair at all though. John didn't have to worry about slicing Dave's dick open on his teeth. Karkat was cute and gentle, but John was more experienced (if that deep throating was anything to go by) and the filth he could say... no, once again, not a fair competition in the least. Expecting a speech-impaired person to dirty talk was just plain cruel. Not to mention, it was partly Dave's fault that Karkat didn't have much experience in the 'giving head' department. Hell, Karkat had to hold him down the first time they tried it.

"Could use some training," Dave admitted honestly. "I'm learning to trust him more with those teeth, so I might be more willing to let him practice."
