Dave sighed. "Okay." He pushed the blanket aside, getting up. "Sorry I bothered you."

Dave was quiet as he left the room. He looked at the futon before heading to the front door.

Dirk curled up in a ball.

Jo was yawning as she went into the kitchen. She got herself a plate before going to the wafflemaker. At least she had something to eat.

Jeff got home around 3:30. He came through the door carrying a small white haired boy, followed closely by a platinum haired youth that looked strongly like Dirk.

Jo was on the futon. She had only laid down for nap half an hour before Jeff had returned. She was under one of Jeff's blanket, hugging Cal to her chest.

"There's the TV if you want to amuse yourselves" Jeff gestured for the older boy. He passed the smaller boy to him, pausing when he yawned. "If you want to take a nap or anything, My room is on the left, you can sleep in there."

The older boy nodded, holding the younger.

Jeff headed back out of the apartment.

Jo mumbled in her face before pressing it into Cal's body.

The older boy rocked the younger before sitting on the edge of the futon and reaching for the remote. He surfed channels until he found something flashy with what looked like superheros that caught the younger's interest.

It took Jeff three trips, but he carried up a good amount of groceries, kicking the door shut behind him.
